Extract from the Liddy Instruments Warranty
This
Liddy Instrument is warranted for life against defective materials or
workmanship, subject to the following limitations.
Warranty is to the original purchaser and is not transferable
to another owner.
Completed owner registration form must be mailed within 15
days of purchase as a condition of warranty coverage.
Liddy Guitars & Mandolins upon
notice of any defect as a result of faulty material or workmanship will repair
or replace, at our option, the defective part or material, at no cost to the
purchaser. Shipping to and from the authorized repairer to be prepaid by the
owner and at owner’s risk.
Service or other work on the instrument without the
authorisation of the manufacturer will void the warranty.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
·
Damage incurred by misuse, abuse, accidents or
normal wear and tear.

Cracking or crazing of wood or finishes, or
problems arising from exposure to changes or extremes of temperature and/or
humidity
·
Stripping or failure of truss rod due to over
tightening.
·
Damage caused by the use of exceptionally heavy
strings
